THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT RECEIVED A COMPLAINT REGARDING IMPROPER MASK USAGE AT THIS FACILITY.
EMERGENCY RULES TO SUPPRESS THE SPREAD OF COVID-19: - INDIVIDUALS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR FACE COVERING WHEN IN PUBLIC AND UNABLE TO MAINTAIN AT LEAST A 6 FOOT DISTANCE. - THIS FACILITY HAS TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO REQUIRE EMPLOYEES, CUSTOMERS, AND OTHER INDIVIDUALS ON THE PREMISES TO WEAR A FACE COVERING. OBSERVED EMPLOYEES IMPROPERLY WEARING MASKS. ALSO, SEVERAL CUSTOMERS WERE OBSERVED TO HAVE NO FACE COVERING WHILE 6 FEET OF OTHER PEOPLE. |
